Recipe Guidelines:

The cooking instructions must be given in complete sentences and paragraphs, and must include all of the ingredients with measurements used in the United States. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the Sponsor. All recipes submitted become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and there will be no acknowledgment of receipt, nor will they be returned. The Sponsor will be entitled to review, adapt, and publish any or all of the submitted recipes, and can use them in any medium without attribution or payment of any compensation whatsoever to the person who submitted them, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, unless prohibited by law. The person who submits a recipe irrevocably cedes, transfers, or conveys all rights, title, and participation to the Sponsor, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights. The person who submits the recipe likewise gives Butterball permission to list the recipe with the name of the person who submitted it. Only recipes submitted through the on-line URL will be accepted. Recipes submitted at www.Butterball.com will be reviewed. After review, only the recipes chosen by the Sponsor will be published on the website, at the Sponsor's exclusive discretion. In addition, persons who submit a recipe guarantee that the recipes submitted are their original creations and do not infringe the rights of any other person or entity.
