¾ cup Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi® Cabernet Sauvignon
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cinnamon stick
1 bag (12 ounces) fresh cranberries, rinsed
Directions
Combine sugar, Cabernet Sauvignon, orange zest and cinnamon stick in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer until sugar dissolves.
Add cranberries; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. You will hear popping noises from the cranberries.
Remove from heat once sauce has thickened slightly. Cool to room temperature. Serve immediately or cover and chill in refrigerator overnight.
