Ingredients
- ¾ cup Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi® Cabernet Sauvignon
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bag (12 ounces) fresh cranberries, rinsed
Directions
- Combine sugar, Cabernet Sauvignon, orange zest and cinnamon stick in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer until sugar dissolves.
- Add cranberries; simmer 15 to 20 minutes. You will hear popping noises from the cranberries.
- Remove from heat once sauce has thickened slightly. Cool to room temperature. Serve immediately or cover and chill in refrigerator overnight.
