Cranberry Cheddar Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich
Ingredients
- ¼ cup canned whole cranberry sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced red onion
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 8 ounces sliced BUTTERBALL® Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 slices (1 ounce each) smoked Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Combine cranberry sauce and onion in small bowl.
- Spread mustard on 2 bread slices. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 4 ounces turkey, 1 cheese slice and cranberry sauce mixture. Cover with remaining bread slices.
