4 slices BUTTERBALL® Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey Breast, torn
½ cup roasted garlic hummus
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 slices (½-inch-thick) seedy bread, toasted
½ ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 poached eggs
Smoked paprika (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to broil. Line large rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
Place turkey in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Broil about 10 minutes or until crispy.
Combine hummus and parsley in small bowl. Spread hummus mixture onto bread slices. Top with avocado, lemon juice, turkey and eggs. Garnish with paprika.
