Ingredients
1 sandwich thin roll
2 tablespoons prepared red pepper hummus
1 large thin slice of tomato (or 2 small thin slices)
1 hard cooked egg, peeled, sliced
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
2 strips Butterball Turkey Bacon, cooked, pieces broken in half
Directions
For best results, toast sandwich thin with halves together before separating.
Spread hummus over bottom half of the roll. Top with sliced tomato and egg slices. Drizzle with olive oil.
Arrange bacon pieces over egg. Cover with top of roll and serve.
