Harrison Wallace's Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 4 Butterball All Natural Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 4 English muffins
- 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) salted butter
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp chives, chopped
- Salt and Pepper Hot sauce (optional)
Directions
- Split, toast and butter the English muffins. You can use a toaster, or bake them cut side up at 350℉ for about 8 minutes.
- Prepare the breakfast sausage according to package directions.
- Scramble the 4 eggs with butter, salt and pepper, and add chives right before the eggs are done cooking.
- Assemble the sandwiches by layering a slice of cheese, a sausage patty, and 1/4 of the eggs on each English muffin.
- Top with hot sauce if desired, place the top half of the English muffin on top, and enjoy!
