Ground Turkey & Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Butterball Ground Turkey
  • 63 Tater tots (approximately) 
  • Oil 
  • 8 Eggs 
  • 2 Cups Milk 
  • 2 1/2 Cups Shredded Mexican cheese 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika 
  • Scallions 
  • Seasoning of your choosing (for turkey)

Directions

  1. Start by sautéing one package of Butterball Ground Turkey meat. Add the ground turkey to a pan with oil on medium heat and sauté with your favorite seasoning until cooked all the way through. 
  2. Next, add approximately 63 frozen tater tots to the bottom of an 8 x 8 baking dish and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together 8 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 2 1/2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese & seasoning (1 Tsp of salt, 2 Tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 Tsp of pepper, 1/2 Tsp of paprika). 
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole dish with the tater tots in it and top with more shredded cheese. 
  4. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Depending on your oven. 
  5. Top with scallions and serve!
