Add corn, zucchini and red onion to a bowl and season with olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika and salt.
Grill sausages for 3-5 minutes until it is slightly charred. Grill zucchini and onions for about 2 minutes per side until they soften. Grill corn for 10 minutes, making sure to turn every 2 minutes.
Remove sausage and vegetables from the grill. Cut sausage and zucchini into 2-inch pieces.
To make the garlic butter, melt butter in the microwave on high for 1 minute then add crushed garlic, salt, dill and paprika and mix to combine.
Pour over grilled vegetables and sausage, then serve.
