Combine ground meats, seasoned stuffing, eggs, and dry soup mix in large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Pat meat mixture into 9 ½-inch x 5 ½-inch loaf pan.
Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven and pour off liquid. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until internal temperature measures 165ºF.
Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Meanwhile, prepare turkey gravy according to package directions. Slice meatloaf and serve with gravy.
