Michael Ponzio’s Turkey Vegetable Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1lb. of Butterball Ground Turkey
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1⁄2 yellow onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp Pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp Oregano
  • 1⁄2 tsp Cumin
  • 1⁄2 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

  1. Finely chop the vegetables in a food processor. 
  2. Cook the turkey on a flat top, breaking into chunks as it cooks. 
  3. Once the meat is halfway cooked, add in the vegetables and season. 
  4. Allow the meat and vegetables cook together until the vegetables are soft and sweet and the internal temperature of the turkey is 165℉. 
  5. Serve the Turkey Vegetable Taco Meat with your favorite accompaniments like tortillas, salad, avocado and cheese!
