Michael Ponzio’s Turkey Vegetable Tacos
Ingredients
- 1lb. of Butterball Ground Turkey
- 1 zucchini
- 1⁄2 yellow onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1⁄4 tsp Pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp Oregano
- 1⁄2 tsp Cumin
- 1⁄2 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
- Finely chop the vegetables in a food processor.
- Cook the turkey on a flat top, breaking into chunks as it cooks.
- Once the meat is halfway cooked, add in the vegetables and season.
- Allow the meat and vegetables cook together until the vegetables are soft and sweet and the internal temperature of the turkey is 165℉.
- Serve the Turkey Vegetable Taco Meat with your favorite accompaniments like tortillas, salad, avocado and cheese!
