Ingredients
½ cup butter
¾ cup chopped celery
¾ cup chopped onion
1 can (8 oz.) whole oysters
2-2/3 cups chicken broth
2 packages (6 oz. each) STOVE TOP Herb Stuffing Mix
Directions
Melt butter on medium heat in large saucepan.
Add celery and onions. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Meanwhile, drain oysters, reserving liquid. Chop oysters; set aside.
Add broth and reserved liquid from oysters to saucepan. Heat on medium heat to boiling. Stir in STOVE TOP and chopped oysters. Cover pan; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff mixture with a fork before placing in a serving bowl.
