Ingredients

  • 1 herb crusted focaccia roll, horizontally split in half
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons prepared tapenade
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded cabbage with shredded carrot (no dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared balsamic vinaigrette
  • 4 ounces Butterball Deli Inspirations™ Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Extra Thin Sliced
  • 2 slices (1/2 ounce each) Manchego cheese
  • 5 fresh spinach leaves

Directions

  1. Spread both cut surfaces of roll with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons tapenade.
  2. Layer bottom half of roll with tomatoes and slaw mixture. Drizzle with vinaigrette. Top with sliced turkey, cheese and spinach. Cover with top of roll. Cut in half and serve.
