Turkey Meatloaf Marinara

Easy to make dish using Butterball Ground Turkey, it's sure to become a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Butterball® Fresh All Natural Ground Turkey (85/15)
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • ½ cup minced onion
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) marinara sauce
  • 6 cups cooked and hot Uncle Ben's White Rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly combine all ingredients except marinara sauce and rice.
  3. Spoon mixture into lightly sprayed 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake 60 to 70 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. Let meatloaf rest 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve with heated marinara sauce and rice.
