- 8 (12-inch) wooden skewers
- 1 package (16 ounces) Farm to Family® by BUTTERBALL® All-Natural Fresh Ground
- Turkey Breast
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Herbed rice; grilled pita wedges; and cucumber, tomato and onion salad, to serve
- Garnishes: chopped fresh parsley and chopped fresh mint
