2 packages (16 ounces each) Farm to Family® by BUTTERBALL® Fresh All-Natural Ground Turkey Breast
1 package (6 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill, divided, plus more to serve
2-½ teaspoons kosher salt, divided
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 cup finely chopped English cucumber
½ teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
6 seeded hamburger buns
6 fresh dill sprigs
6 curly leaf lettuce leaves
6 large slices tomato
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Lightly spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped dill, 2 teaspoons salt, garlic and pepper. (Be careful not to overmix.) Form mixture into 6 (6-ounce) patties. Place patties on prepared baking sheet.
Bake patties for 10 minutes then drain any excess moisture from the pan.
Increase oven temperature to broil, then broil patties on the center rack until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Using an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the patty, your temperature should read 165°F. Let cool for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, lemon zest and juice, remaining 2 teaspoons chopped dill and ½ teaspoon salt.
On bottom half of each bun, layer yogurt sauce, dill sprigs, lettuce, tomato and burger. Top each Farm to Family Mediterranean Turkey Burger with top half of each bun.
